This comprehensive course explores the estimating tool Xactimate, guided by a Certified Trainer with extensive experience in the field. Participants will gain valuable insights into the intricacies of using the software effectively, including common manipulations and best practices for accurate estimations. We will share the common pitfalls of estimating, pricing manipulation, and line-item details. We will also expose the red flags and deceptive tactics of utilizing the software that can produce inaccurate damage estimates in litigation. This knowledge is essential for Insurance Adjusters, Risk Managers, Attorneys, and other insurance professionals aiming to ensure claims are properly estimated and managed, while also identifying strategies to mitigate risk throughout the claims process.
